Aromatase-inhibitors

Has anyone had experience with a drug called Anastrazole. It is called an aromatase-inhibitor and from what I have read, is used for breast cancer patients. My CA125 has been going up so I had a scan on Friday. There are tiny growths and one enlarged lymph nodes. My medical onc will be consulting with my gyn onc but she said treatment options would be Anastrazole or more chemo with Gemzar. Does anyone know which is more effective? My scan in June was clean so to have a recurrence so soon is frightening. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.

Myomin
Chris,
I have no experience with Anastrazole, but my integrative nurse practioner recently recommended Myomin for me, which is a natural aromatase inhibitor. It prevents the conversion of testosterone to estradiol and stimulates the immune system in ways that help it kill cancer cells. I haven't started using it yet. Myomin has virtually no side effects, but it appears that Anastrazole has very few side effects as well.0
