Pain and Cancer

in Lung Cancer #1
I've had two chemos so far and the pain on my ribs has greatly improved. Could this mean the cancer is disappearing? I thought it must mean something good.

    Only your oncologist can answer this with any degree of certainty after evaluating the site with new CT scan. Optimism is good though.
