AND THE HITS KEEP COMING

Just an update on me.
Just received a call from the surgeon's office. Their tumor board met this morning and discussed my case/scans/etc.
The nurse said Dr Meredith didn't think I have carcinomatosis. Praise God! He wants to press on with the surgery and go in and see what it looks like..........and of course we have to have a caveat......he saw a suspicious lymph node around my left clavicle that is slightly enlarged so he wants to a biopsy on it prior to surgery. If it comes back positive then no surgery. Yesterday he also said he wanted me to have a colonoscopy done (again, something on the CT) so that's scheduled for Monday. One thing that I can say about Dr Meredith he certainly wants the whole picture. Very professional. I was impressed the first time I met him.
Thanks to everyone for their thoughts and prayers.

A beginning to good things...
Michael,
I'm pleased that the doctor doesn't think it's carcinomatiosis. That's a great beginning. I hoe that the biopsy continues a positive trend of "nothing there" for you.
Prayers & positive thoughts to you and the rest of the Sophomore/Junior/Senior/Post Grads!
