Has anyone heard of this/?

I was checking back at old posts here on BC for info on raising wbc. Has anyone heard of taking BOVINE COLOSTRUM? It's the first milk of mammels, it's a natural immune booster.
I will ask my onc. but I thought some of my pinksisters have heard of this booster or someone has taken it? The sister that posted it (2001) said it raised her low wbc count quickly.
Sounds interesting. Have any of you ladies heard of this stuff?
Hugs,
Annette

Never heard of it being used
Never heard of it being used but it makes sense to some degree. The colostrum is what kicks in the immune system for baby mammals. After all Premarin is made from the urine of mares in foal (aka - pregnant female horses). SO it would seem that other 'stuff' from horses/cows/pigs/etc. might prove helpful the human issues.
