New Here, unfortunately

Hi, All. I have been posting on the Head and Neck Cancer site, but unfortunately, it appears that I now have mets to my lungs and maybe lower back. So, I am going for a lung biopsy this Wednesday and then a local research institute is going to do gene sequencing on the sample to help the chemo onc figure out what type of hideous poison to pump into my system. So, I guess I will be posting to both boards for some advice/support.

Well hopefully your lung biopsy will turn out OK! Just keep fighting the good fight. Let me know how the biopsy goes. Is it a needle biopsy? Hugs, Julie
