I was just wondering how your surgery recovery is doing?

    I hope you're feeling some better today. I think that when you've been through as much as many of us, it's hard to take it easy and give yourself time to heal. It's a life lesson I struggle with all the time.

    Glad to hear
    you are slowly getting better. I feel your discomfort as I to am recovering from hernia surgery. I never thought about how much you use your abdominal muscles, it hurt to sit, stand, laugh, sneeze, cough etc. I saw my doctor today and said everything looks good, but still take it slow...If I walk any slower a turtle could lap me!!!
    Continue healing and think how slim our stomachs will look:)

    Dear Carlene

    It's probably good that you had no idea how painful the recovery would be or else you might have not gone thru with the surgery. Eventually, the pain WILL go away and you will not have that hernia anymore. That's the light at the end of the tunnel.

    Just watch out for irregularity that goes along with being on pain meds...that would be makes things even worse.
