Flu like symptoms

in Colorectal Cancer #1
It has been 5 weeks since my colon removal. I continue to have flu like symptoms all over my body from time to time. no fever. Just chills and body aches. Could it be a sign of dehydration? Anyone experience this?

    It could be dehydration. You might want to go to the ER and let them run some tests.
