Just now seeing this post!
Thanks Buzz! Wow. That meant a lot to me that you would be thinking of me that first day! It's been a very hard weekend with constant nausea. Will I ever get that under control?
I'm glad to be disconnected from that 5FU ball today. I was also cheered by a visit from a good neighbor/friend who brought me a fun blanket to take to chemo sessions. I am very blessed.
Thanks again!

I never had the nausea, but I highly recommend the old marijuana if you can get it in your state. I'm in California luckily, and I would have a truffle or brownie or such, so that's perhaps why I didn't get the nausea. Quite a few people here that have suffered from the nausea also recommend the old "Mary Jane" for such occasions.
Hoping your next time will have less nausea.
How absolutely wonderful of your friend to bring you a "fun" blanket to take to chemo. What a wonderful idea.
