But whew! It's not 6 yet East Coast time, so no matter which time zone Pam is in, I'll watch for the magic bus.
Pam, can you feel us yet?

We SAW the bus tonight. --update on PamLoveBabyJesus said:Count me in!
I am sending you positive energy and prayers Pam.
It's wonderful, too! As soon as we came out of the hospital it was parked out front. NICE color!
I know you've all wanted to know how the ct scan went. They told her she has a LOT of inflammation and think it may be pneumonia.
The oncologist will go through the slides tomorrow and will hopefully call her back. She has a difficult time finding a position--sitting or trying to lie down--where she isn't wracked with coughing. Not sure how this will affect her treatment going forward (I'm sure she'll keep you all posted).
She was running a fever tonight, and I just wanted to let you know. Gas is pretty expensive these days, but it was definitely worth the trip!
Thank you all for your support and care,
Andie -

It's been a tough situation for Pam ever since the chemo started for her. At least now they'll finally figure out what they need to do to give her some relief. I hope the onc gives her a call promptly. This whole BC thing will wear you out. I have Pam in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for the update! Praying she feels much better soon.
I hope the Dr. made some suggestions to make her feel more comfortable, in the meantime. -

Hi all you wonderful ladies! I'm back. Bless my sweet Andie for staying in touch for me.
I did talk to the oncologist today and I have walking pneumonia. I've had this 5 or 6 times before but he told me there is significant fluid in my right lung and a small amount in the bottom of the left. I talked to him while in the Acme parking lot and he strongly suggested I go home and rest. I thought I was resting. I guess taking laundry up and down two flights of stairs isn't exactly what he had in mind. We'll keep doing what we're doing for the next few days to see if calms down over the weekend. I do find that if I set still for awhile, the coughing subsides quite a bit. Who would've thought I'd get pneumonia on top of cancer/chemo? But there you go. I'm hopeful this will pass with the meds I'm on and I can move forward with the BC treatments. Having all of you behind me and riding that bus will surely keep me moving.
Many Hugs to You All
