lymph edema and trampoline

I was in a class this evening and made an off handed comment about jumping on a trampoline this week and one of the women said that jumping on the trampoline is good for LE.
I looked up the 2 and found this article! I am totally excited to have a great excuse to go to sky high with my grand daughter. (most days I will use the little one in the living room)

    Jump !
    I was unaware of the advantage to trampoline jumping and lymphedema, but it makes perfect sense. Get those fluids flowing !
    Have fun.....especially with your granddaughter !
