Don't get too stressed on shoulder pain, I started to have bad shoulder pain for no reason, my onc had x-rays taken because I swear when I move it in certain ways I thought my bones were cracked in half lengthwise, it isn't fractured and it isn't cancer. Still working on why it is, waiting to see regular doc to get his thoughts. My left shoulder is worse then my right sometimes it goes away and sometimes it's horrible. So what I'm saying is don't STRESS yet over it, even though there is a spot.
Here's hoping the new chemo works and hoping for the best on the houlder.
Thinking of you and Michael.

Winter,
He hadn't even told him about the pain, the shoulder lit up on the PET scan.0 -
Treatment
Sorry the treatment isn't working for your husband but they have so many different ones out there so maybe this new one will help. Hope his shoulder is something minor.

Hi,
Just a note to remind/let you know that just because his shoulder lit up on the PET doesn't automatically means it's cancer. The shoulder is apparently swollen or inflamed for some reason & inflammation shows up on PET scans as lit up. The thing is to find why it is inflamed.
Best wishes & prayers-
