in Colorectal Cancer #1
Doctor came over to my house today to check on mum. Her pulse was checked and all. After that the doctor talked to my grandmother who was over at my house as well to talk about her condition. The doctor told her she got less than a month to live. I'm all out of hope now.. Nothing can seem to cheer me up ):

    I am sorry that you have gotten such news.

    Now is the time to make the most of each moment you have with your mom. It is difficult when we know time is short, but don't waste the moments you have.

    That is terrible. Just hope that she is kept comfortable and will pass peacefully. If you can, spend as much time with her as you can.

    I just want to say I am truly sorry..........
    and I hope that when my time comes that my family is with me as well. That will make me ok to know that they love me and will be ok...I am very sorry about your mom and hope that you have some peace and comfort in the days ahead.

    So sorry about your Mum's news. All I can say is pretty much what everyone else has said, try and enjoy the time you have left with her. Hold her hand, hug her and preserve every memory that you can. My Mom passed away on June 10th, the week before, I got to spend time with her, hug her, kiss her, hold her hand and talk a bit with her, having those moments mean everything to me now that she is gone, and I'm grateful for those moments. Take and hold on to those moments as long as you can, as my Mom said to me, "Don't cry honey." Since my tears would fall unannounced, so I worked hard not to cry while I was with her, so that she only had happy moments (it wasn't easy, I'll warn you). Take care dear.
