    Milk, 2% Organic.

    I am starting to go organic, praying it does make a difference. Little by little. So not paying so much attn. to brands as much as the "USDA" seal on products.

    Instead of butter
    I recently discovered something called Balade with sea salt. 1/2 the calories and fat than real butter and YUMMY !! And a great hot summer night snack is Luigi's Italian ice !
