in Colorectal Cancer #1
I had my resection surgery about 5 weeks ago and will be meeting my oncologist for the first time soon to discuss chemo/radiation options. What questions should I ask?

    Ask if they typed your tumor
    Treatment plans my vary depending on the type of tumor you had. You may also want to ask if you qualify for any studies on new drugs.

    Ask for email or other access
    so that you can send questions when you think of them! My drs answered me between appointments by email, and it was wonderful, not having to wait, and not leaving the office with the feeling of "whoops, I forgot to ask...."
