Hi All,
I just found out a friend of a friend has a rare form of breast cancer called phyllodes tumor. I am looking for any kind of positive information I can pass on. I am usually on the colorectal cancer site as that is what my husband has been battling so I know how helpful the info can be on these sites. My friend who is a retired nurse has helped us navigate through much of our medical journey so I hoped I could be of help to her as she is guiding this new friend now. Thank you in advance for your input.

Hi April
Sorry that I can't help you as I know nothing about this form of breast cancer.
There are a lot of great people on this site and I'm sure someone can help you.
You are a true friend to find out for her.
Hugs,

You might try a message to HootieGirl, also dx with a phyllodes tumor. We don't see her posting often, but I don't think she'll mind that I put her name out there.
Best wishes,

Thank you Wanda and Linda, I will look for HootieGirl. I was told it is a very rare tumor, so I wasn't sure I could find anyone who would know anything. (hugs) to both of you for your input.
