Alright now
and dont it feel good!!
Ok so serioulsly, I got my ct scan back and the Dr. said the scan looked good. At first I thought she said my skin looked good and I said oh thank you. lol! She was like no your scan. I almost passed out. It feels so relieving that I can not worry for a few months. I am going to make the best of it as much as I can. She did say that ovarian cancer is a cancer that is likely to come back, but my type is slow growing so she said they will watch me for a number of years. I know it probrally will come back but I will deal with that when it comes. But for now I am dancing with NED. Also, some other news that is just as good is that my ostomy is going to be reversed, on Thursday! I can't wait. I was joking with my surgeon when she asked me how I was doing and I said fine and I will be 100% when the ostomy gets reversed and then I said tomorrow works great for me. She was like well I can't do it tommorrow but how about Thursday. I jumped for joy.
I want to let you ladies know that this board has meant the world to me thru all this, especially this being my first time. I will always be here because we teal sisters have to stick together.

Hooray!
Such wonderful news to hear! No need for SPF - take in all the sunshine you want. Here's hoping you have a quick and speedy recovery from your reversal too. You can e-mail me anytime if you have questions that may come up about reversal or just posting on the board of course as many of us can relate to the early stages of 'waking up the sleeping digestive factory'. Again many happy moments to you and prayers along the way. ♥ -

Congrats
Congratulations! This is wonderful news. I love hearing about NED from people, it gives me hope. My last scan was clean too and I felt great but my CA125 is going up again. I am having it retested next week and if it still goes up, will have another scan. I am confident that it will go down and then i will be dancing with NED too. Thanks for the inspiration and hope. -
