ok Traci....Tjhay update
I had a double masdectomy with reconstruction in Nov, I spent 4 days in icu cause they gave me to many fluids, spent a total of 8 day in hospital, then had another surgery for reconstruction in Dec. Was deported in April, and cause I missed surgery so much had hernia surgery in july.
The massdectomy showed that the cancer had returned, so I had tomxifen failure and am now taking loupron injections and ameridex. No treatment though cause all cancer removed with surgery.
Wendy and I are doing great, she has been by my side through it all, giving me a thump in the head daily just so i know that i am loved. lol. in between surgerys we have been working in the yard, we built a butterfly garden and planted bleeding heart bushes for both irishwhispers and moopy.
So that is about every thing any other questions?

thank you for the update.
thank you for the update. In spite of some serious challenges you are truly meeting them head on. I love the butterfly garden and the bleeding heart bushes for two of our favs. You and Wendy are blessed to have each other. Yes, a thump on the head can be as wonderful as a kiss to tell us we are loved. LOL Hoping that your treatments can keep the beast at a distance, a long, long distance. My prayers and big hugs coming to you.

Thank you for your update. We have missed you here. You are so creative and we have had so much fun with your ideas! Nobody believed me that we could have fun and constant laughs at the cancer board.
Sorry for recurrence. I was on Zoladex shots for 10 months. Watch your bones, I could not save mine.
Wishing you the best,

See, now I'm glad I asked, because you've certainly had a lot going on, girl!
I'm so glad to hear you've squeezed in as many surgeries as possible....Those poor surgeons, we wouldn't want them to go broke! :-)
Seriously, I'm very happy to hear that you and Wendy are happy and enjoying your backyard. I don't even know what a butterfly garden is, but it sounds so lovely!
And I agree with New Flower -- no one ever believes how much joy and fun we have here, even though something as serious and scary as cancer is our reason for being here....and you were always a big part of this board's joy, TJ, whether you want to admit it or not! :-)
Be well,
