Foods and supplements
I can't speak from experience, as I was receiving neulasta injections with my chemo. But foods high in beta carotene are supposed to stimulate white blood cell production (like carrots). Also the herb astragalus and the mineral selenium. The book "The Cancer Fighting Kitchen Cookbook," by Rebecca Katz shows a whole list of recipies that are found within the book that address neutropenia. I highly recommend this book.
