First chemo done!!
They did the bloodwork and everything looked great,so they started me on benadryl then on Herceptin.I will get the herceptin every 3 weeks. When it was done they gace me more benadryl, steriods, pepcid then started the Taxol. I felt fine through the whole treatment the benadryl made me a little tired. I took a 2 1/2 hour nap once I got home.My mouth is a little dry but I can still taste everything. So far no fever or side effects. Thank you for all of the thoughts and prayers.
You are all truely amazing woman and I am so happy to have each one of you.
God Bless
Mary

Thank you Vicki....I am drinking water constantly,I feel that it is really helping me a lot.I was shocked this morning when I went in for treatment and they offered me coffee.
I just have my 2 year old at home right now.My oldest daughter has her own house and lives just down the road. My other 3 are with their Dad.(We were married 17 years and have 4 children together)I miss my babies but they are doing all of the fun summer stuff that I can't do right now.0 -

As a rule the first is the worst, so here's hoping you sail thru all the others too.
Great news, thanks.
