goodbye fiji, hello sydney, back to juicing and vegetable soup.
regardless, i am so grateful for the best family overseas holiday ever.
the kids loved fijian culture and the waterslid at sofitel.
my wife loved the massages.
i loved the scuba diving and the healthy local produce was so tasty.
i did gain 2 kg over the last 3 weeks away so back to the healthy diet.
its really wet and cold in sydney, i miss warm tropical fijian weather.
getting back to brewing chinese herbal teas and had my first super juice yesterday.
went meditation class last night.
to enjoy life and forget about crc was so good.
if you get the chance to forget crc even for a day just do it!!!

Pete,
Your vacation sounds incredible!! So glad you and your entire family had such a great time.
We managed to all gain weight on our vacation as well so we are starting our healthy eating up again. (Somehow the lobster dipped in butter and fried clams caught up with us.)
Enjoy settling back in. We are unpacking suitcases and doing laundry today. **** has chemo tomorrow so we are trying to get things in order today.
Aloha,
