Here is my story;

I have made peace with my creator and I have realized since this event that I am on *bonus time* every day that I awake.

Welcome
Welcome to the board...it took me a day or so to respond...had to check out your blog first, make sure you seemed legit and not a spammer, LOL..
Very well done, and informative, definitely brings back memories.
I also went through very similar to you January - June 2009....
Amifostine included, though mine were injections into my stomach every day just bfore the rads head shots, and mask included....
STGIII SCC HPV+ Right Tonsil and a single lymphnode same side...
Nine weeks (three week cycles of Cisplatin, Taxotere and (5FU via a pump)), seven weekly doses of carboplatin, 3 daily rads and Amifostine.
I also had 70 grays on the affected side and 60 grays on the other....
Rough diet for sure....
Best,
John
