I just downed a boost!

Reading about everyone eating....I am starving...I decided I would just bite the bullet and just downed the boost.....hope that helps me sleep better.

I cannot wait to get to the other side and enjoy meals again.....wonder what that will be, I love such variety...mexican...greek......japanese.....and much more that gyro is sounding good .....oh too hear the ones that have gone through the battle before me and come out excited about all your first, I can mentally picture myself there along with you, saying ya!!! I will be there soon! :-)

Just took a morphine and heading to bed now....Good nite!

You'll get thee, just takes time.....

The seven weeks that I couldn't eat (no PEG either), I drank only Ensure Plus, water and pain meds....

But I watched every food channel out there, even DVR's them for later viewing for when I could eat again, LOL....

Drooled imaginary drool as I had no real saliva....

Downing a Boost. Hang in
Downing a Boost. Hang in there. I am glad that you were still able to down the Boost.

I was NOT one to watch any Food Network or cooking shows through treatment. It was too much for me because I felt like I was starving too. Well, for a while there, I was. Watching programs like that, too me, was torture. Seems I was in the minority though.
