It must have been Greek night tonight. I had a lamb burger with tatziki tonight. It was a little like sawdust, but I swallowed it.
Stacey, at the fair this year, I am going to try a gyro! -

I always had to put extra sauce on mine! I want to use the left over tonight, so I am going to walk up with Nizzy, pick some fresh oregano, and try and marinate some chicken thigh in oregano, dill and onion, and cook that to eat on flat bread with my tzatziki. -

Happy GYRO eating to you.

@ the water question...LOTS, probably 2 glasses which is par for the course.
The thin shavings are manageable and the sauce adds the all important "slide factor"
It DID taste like I remember...AND I still have half leftover for tomorrow!!

Great news. I just sat down Saturday night and ate most of a bone in Ribeye steak. First one since this time last year.
Sometimes we do not know how good things are until you cannot eat.
Best!!
Mike
LOL, it did get to you didn't it......
Congrats on the steak, I know you enjoyed it.
Best,

I just ate the other half, and it was somehow, even better than the first half!
