Ok, for some reason, I have been in the shopping mood. I have been fairly good (mostly), we are not in debt yet. Is it just boredom? Some freaky chemo brain thing? Menopause?
I need something to blame!
On the upside, I got a great deal on my Christmas china and it is made in the USA!

    Sometimes it's just fun and
Sometimes it's just fun and a great distraction. I am tighter these days with the economy being what it is, but Katherine and I do enjoy heading to our outlet mall from time to time. We love to hunt out the real bargains!

    I think it's because
I think it's because shopping & getting new things makes you feel better! I know when i was having chemo & just depressed out of my mind & tired & sad (i never did get sick from chemo) i'd browse one of our local thrift shops or go to Target & buy myself things that made me feel better! Whether it was new comfy pajamas, or a pretty sundress or sweater, or some new makeup. But, I've ALWAYS been a firm believer in retail therapy myself ;)

    same thing earlier this spring
and one of the pink sisters reminded me that retail therapy is cheaper than some others. I just needed something new and pretty for spring and Easter. My husband was fine with it as he agreed I needed a morale boost. I guess you just have to be careful that it doesn't become addictive.

    I agree!
I love to buy stuff for the house and jewelry for me. Can you say QVC & Ebay?
