Today I finished chemo! 6x IV/IP Taxol/Cisplatin. It was hard but I did it! I hope it killed every little nasty cell!
My IP port is scheduled to come out August 1. On Aug 5 CT scan and last blood test for CA 125. I will know the results Aug 8. My onc is very happy with the results so far. After 5 treatments CA 125 is 4 and the 3 months scan was clear.
I want to send a big "THANK YOU!" to people on this site that help me a lot during this time.

Congratulations!!
I am very happy for you. It was kind of a let down for me when chemo was over--I got used to being surrounded by my family during my crisis. Everyone got back to their lives and I had to figure out "what next?"
Enjoy the summer!
