Liver Surgery Done

My Mom finished her 7 hour liver resection surgery on 7/12.
They removed (2) tumors, about 40% of her liver. She is having bad reactions to the narcotics causing her low blood pressure and shallow breathing so the meds that she can have to help her with the pain is not helping much. She had to have her breathing tube put back in, and then they removed it the next day.
She is extremely uncomfortable and I hate to see her in so much pain. I so glad she was able to get thru surgery, but hope she starts to feel less pain each day. Syracuse, New York is known for having great hospitals, however I have been somehone dissapointed or maybe I'm just impatient. I hate to see my Mom suffer.
Thanks for keeping her in your prayers
