Got my release today!!
I also don't have to be on the neutropenic diet any more YEAH!!! I am having a salad tonite, with unpeeled tomatoes and carrots. I can go to restaurants as long as we go early before the dinner crowds come.
I also got the ok to dust as long as I use a damp cloth so I don't stir up dust. Still can't vacuum though. I can't believe I am happy to be able to clean LOL.
I think all this would be ok if only I could garden my flower beds look horrible and so far haven't been able to get anybody to do weed it. I still can't do that either.
But I am home and that's what counts.
Welcome to all the newcomers! I've been reading some posts but really haven't spent a lot of time on line. I will try to do better!
Take care everyone,
Beth

Beth,
You are doing great! I am so happy for you. Wow, cleaning....can you use this excuse again, say in six months to get your husband to do some chores? Lol!
I remember the neutropenic restrictions, it was a bummer. Enjoy your fresh veggies and fruits.

Hi Beth,
Everything sounds great, except for the no gardening.Wish you could dig in the dirt and do what makes you happiest...all in good time. I had to laugh about the house cleaning...crazy how we feel about things when we have it taken away from us, even when it's stuff that we don't necessarily like doing! You go girl and enjoy your newfound freedom. Love..Sue

Great News
Derar Beth,
Welcome home. Are the dogs still in the basement? Poor Babies.
Unbelievable, the things we used to dread, are a blessing now. Cleaning the house that is.
Considering what you've been through, I think you are doing great. Don't worry about the
garden. It will only upset you. Give it a few more days and you will be down on your knees
again. Gardening that is. I agree, vacuuming is too strenuous, especially if it's a
heavy vacuum.
I send you all my blessings and prayers. Love Maggie0 -

Dogs are back upstairs...couldn't handle it. I was really ****** for a couple days till my sister gave up fighting me.
I can't dust the whole house at one time yet. One room at a time is about it. After that it's nap time for the afternoon.
We did go to the dog park today since the weather was pretty nice and it's cooler today. Had a great time watching the puppies play. I am supposed to exercise so it was nice to get out today.0
