Glass trout!!! and PEG (weird)
I read the posts about the PEG removal. The last time I went to the doc, I did not even mention having the thing removed because I had lost weight and realized that I was not quite ready for eating, just no appetite, lack of taste, saliva. I'm going to try what others have said and MAKE myself eat orally to gain a little and maintain weight. Cuz I really loathe this tube and what it means. And I really appreciate having this tube and all the Isosource, too. I know it is vital to keep up the nutrition even more during and post-treatment. (I'm 8 weeks since last rads) Being patient is not of my attributes. Just doing what the pros recommend and seeing that large pizza at the end of the tunnel will keep me on the track.
Good thoughts to you!
Ruby

Love it!
The trout is just beautiful! Good work! You are attaching a tied fly, like a fishing lure, or an actual bug? Lol. I am hoping a tied fly. ;-)
Great idea, btw.0 -

Thanks, Sweetblood! Yeah, I read again what I had written; it does sound kind of strange, like poor hubby has some major issues!!! But, yes, I'm talking about a tied fly.
Take care!0 -

Very nice, I love stained glass....
Awesome job, what's the diameter.
JG
Thanks, JG! 'Tis a labor of pure love for me! It is just shy of 11 in. diameter, so not a large piece.
It's hard to see in the photo but the fish is made with irredescent glass so the light reflects quite nicely.
Happiness to you!

You should post a photo in your expressions. Then we can see a larger image.... If you need help let me know, I'd be glad to do it for you or explain if needed.
Must be a rainbow, I'm thinking I'm seeing a little pink in that belly.

It's a Job
Hah - I should have thought about a pizza at the end of the tunnel. Know what you mean, though - eating was surely a chore for a while, but, like you, I was motivited to get of the tube. Hope you get there soon, and don't just get it yanked too soon just to be rid of it.
The trout does look great - thanks for the pic.0 -

I figured that it was a tied fly. Lol. The iridescent glass would be perfect! I love iridescent anything. Lol0 -
