I think a few of the board members have spoken of taking resveratrol. There seems to be conflicting information about the phytoestrogen component of the stuff. One source (www.livestrong.com) seems to think that it is bad for estrogen-sensitive cancers while another reports that it may be helpful.
Here's a link to the monograph I found: http://www.altmedrev.com/publications/15/2/152.pdf
Any input on this is appreciated.
thanks,
LQ
