Pray for my mom

in Breast Cancer #1
My mother is already done with 3 chemos,followed by surgery,successfull radiotherapy
now doctor has advised for small dose of docetaxel chemo for 3 times,but its getting delaying because of blood counts
im quite scared,i need ur wishes

    Hi - I want to wish you and your mom strengh and the ability to keep going, fight and be well at the end.

    You mentioned she has low blood counts - and I don't know your mom's case - but is she getting nuelesta shot? Is she eating well? There are great foods that will boost up her blood count in days. For example, broccoli, red peppers, kale, spinach, lentils, beans, peas, foods with iron, of course. You can also find a list online:

    For iron: http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/top-10-iron-rich-foods (IF SHE IS ER positive, watch out for hormones, like red meat)

    anti inflammatory foods: http://nutrition.about.com/od/dietsformedicaldisorders/a/antiinflamfood.htm

    Prayers going up for your Mom. I received neulasta shots after chemo to keep my counts up, is she getting them? Also great advice given on foods that help. Hang in there and be strong while the prayers keep flowing.
