When I clicked on it at the left of the page, it was just blank. Do I need to download something first? Thanks.

    I think it's java script
    I think it's java script that's required to do the chat. I tried once from my smart phne and got same blank screen. Did it once okay on my computer but I think I had needed to update to later version of java script.
