Homer and Connie:
That is fantastic news and I'm so happy for you both. Homer, you are so right to keep in touch on this network. It is an invaluable tool! Tell Connie congratulations and happy eating! Let us hear from us. God Bless!
Jan (Basketcase)
Homer I am so happy to hear Connie had a clean scan. You both have been through so much! Connie will get there with the eating I truly believe that, I know we get anxious about it but taking it slow & steady is a good thing.
God Bless you both!

To Sweetblood, Thank you for
To Sweetblood, You are my "Hero" and I want to thank you for always helping those who need your good advice.
To Glenna, I want to thank you for being the first to answer my 1st post. When I was lost and felt helpless you answered the call.
To Buzz & Karen, I am still praying Buzz's PET scan was a false positive. Keep your spirits up.
To Hondo, I have read so many of your posts helping everyone with your positive thoughts and wisdom.
To Arndog, I am hoping you turn the corner soon brother. Just hang in there, I know you are going to get better and we will keep you in our prayers.
To Pam, You have always offered Connie & I words of encouragement and it has mean't the world to us.
To Jimbo, "Cheers my friend"
To Scambuster, I was and still am discouraged by the way your research was mishandled. I know you mean't well.
To Jan, I don't think you are a "basketcase", although you suffered a great loss, you are here helping others.
To Roz, Thank you for the kind words and thoughts over the past 7 months, I know you will continue to help others.
To depressed, You don't seem depressed, you seem to me to be helping others, you couldn't do that if you were depressed.
To Greg, You, Skiffin (John), Adventure Bob, Hondo and I need to get together sometime for some serious fishing. Even if we don't catch fish we would have a great time.
To luv4lacrosse, Not only did you help us with great advice but I followed your treatments and recovery. I hope you continue to do well and of course you have to go fishing with us too.
I didn't come here tonight to say goodbye, why would I, I only have to turn on my laptop to say "hello" and I hope to be here someday when cures are discovered and better treatments. Probably the best caregiving thing I did for my wife was finding this site because we were never alone! Thanks for EVERYTHING, Homer & Connie -
Hero?! Eegads, I dunno if I can take that pressure. ;-)Skiffin16 said:Congrats - You're Free to Roam the Area.....
Very cool reports, I love it when a plan comes together.....
So happy for you Connie and glad to have helped in any small way that I might have in your lifes.
Best Always,
John
I don't think I am, for sure. Maybe only if HERO is an acronym for someone who wants to Help Encourage and Reassure Others. In that case, there are many HEROs on this board every day. -
