Good Attitude
You know it's important that his attitude is good - glad he's got a positive outlook. As for the node not responding to chemo - before I even started treatment, my potential surgeon let me know that lymph nodes often aren't "fixed" with chemo and radiation (I had two affected nodes - one "did not have complete response", so I had the mrdc). Hope he keeps up his positive mindset (and hope it's contagious). -

@ Pam - I was never told that nodes ofter aren't fixed with chemo & rads. It looks like for most fols on the board, it worked for them. My husband did not have anything removed prior to chemo and rads. His doctors said that everything looked good. We will know more pretty soon. He goes for his one month follow up on the 22nd.
