Sybil you are so welcome to this sight. Other than my husband, it was my sole support during treatment. The sisters even manage to meet up with each other on occasion. I'm also happy you found us. There is a wealth of knowledge and support here. -

You are so right.
Sybil,
You are so right. What a Godsend this site is. I, like you didn't find it until I completed treatment either. I am so thankful to have this group of Kindred Spirits and welcome to you!

welcome to the site. Even though I am one year post dx I still am awed by the love and support of all the pink sisters. Depending on where you live you might be able to meet some of us. California is having their 2nd and there are many of us in the east who are meeting in the fall.

Thanks for all the support everyone. Even though I have good best friends, none of them are pink sisters...And I really believe that you guys understand like no one else can...
I appreciate you all,

Sybil, does the "CA" in your screen name stand for "cancer," or "California," or...? Are you here in sunny California, too?
I'm glad you found us, and it's NEVER too late to find support and companionship for this journey. I was going through treatment at almost the same time as you -- so, even though we didn't know it, we went through it together!

Hi!
Thanks everyone for the support! Traci, the CA is for cancer as in "cancer chick"...I live in Alabama! Never been to California, but would love to visit someday. I think the closest I have been is Las Vegas! I thought after I had made that name that it might be confusing, but I was already posting here.
Glad to "meet" everyone here and share info/ideas, though. This is a great site and I appreciate this forum so much!
Thanks y'all!
Sybil
