The women here have given me more info than the drs. and other medical staff. We all get the rollercoaster ride that goes with a C dx. The emotions, and the fear.
I also find more "real" help in the realities of it all here than I ever could possibly get from the ahem, professionals! They just don't get it.
Especially since my aunt died, she passed last September from breast cancer that had metastasized finally to her brain. She was my source of support, my 'go to' person. Actually she too, found everyone here a great source of info cause she'd ask me to peruse the board here herself on occasion! (she never became a member)
Yup, this IS great.
