    It sounds like it will be helpful to many folks.

    My apologies to those who haven't received a reply to email sent to CSN. Please be assured that it is not intentional. Rather, response times are running very slow due to greatly increased volume of email in conjunction with staff attendance at conferences, vacation, etc.
