Ladies,

I just wanted to share this link with you. This sounds like a great program.

They send cancer patients on retreats.

    Meditation Retreat
Now, how cool is this: I volunteered to take part in a clinical study: "The efficacy of weekend meditation retreats on blood pressure, heart rate, and stress levels in breast cancer patients". I have to go to the mountains for a weekend and be housed, fed, and learn how to meditate. Oh, I do have to have pre and post retreat bp, Hr, and some stress test. I think fly fishing can be a form of meditation as well. I wonder what else is going on that we know nothing about.
