Is the IMPACT a liquid supplement that you drink? That's what I found when searching online.

    Yes,
    it is a drink, about 12 ounces I think. It has a bit of a yogurty taste. Not wonderful, but goes down pretty easy if it is cold. I don't mind it, knowing that it does the trick.
