A little balance ...

I offer the following two links, for those of you interested in further reading:
www.quackwatch.com
www.sciencebasedmedicine.org
Some of the articles are kind of heavy reading, but there is a lot of interesting information here.
Happy reading.

Hi Buckwirth, if you put target="_blank" between the link and URL link name, it'll open it up in a different window instead of taking you out of the one you're in..., just a little trivia...Buckwirth said:Thanks Deb

I would correct it, but editing is now disabled. -
Western vs. Alternative
Nice links Deb. I suppose I trust the content of them about as much as the content of the alternative sites. I think both are well meaning and both probably work well when they do. I'd have to say for myself; chemo and rads took care of the cancer and the alternatives took care of the chemo and rads. That is to say; I'd be dead from cancer without the chemo and rads and I'd be dead from the chemo and rads without the alternative care. I really think/hope we're heading toward a beautiful blend of both that is individualized for each person. Nice to have choices.
