Getting the biopsy is the right thing to do. Yes, women do have these types of biopsies with benign results. Keep in mind that only 1 in 4 biopsies is actually cancer. Calcifications are normal for a lot of women but always a good idea to be proactive in breast health. I would tell you not to worry till you have to but I know that is nearly impossible. Good luck on friday.
This is a sight for women with cancer though, keep that in mind for any one you know that may need to be here.
