I am new to this group, and am very grateful to find it. However, I have had tremendous support, emotional and medical/technical through www.ACOR.org, which has a monitored email LIST SERV for kidney cancer. There are many active parties, many with great expertise, which has been a blessing to me.
I would add them to my list of support groups, and with that you can recieve even more education, recommendations, such as you are fnding here.0 -

Go to ACOR.org, click on the kidney cancer link, sign in and you will receive emails daily from people all around the world and their caregivers with discussions on RCC. It is the best thing I have found and the information I have learned on there is absolutely incredible. It is such a blessing!0
