cannot sleep, going through hell with reconnection , even searching the net cannot help me sleep. been to the loo at least 10,000 times today. I think its entirely possible to poo in your sleep, or to sleep walk to the loo. will find out soon I hope.

Pete:
BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce and white toast) helps firm things up. Last weekend George was in the hospital for 4 days due to diarrhea and resultant low potasium last week and since coming home I make sure he eats the BRAT diet along with his meals and it seems to be working.
We were also advised to stay away from salads and leafy greens for now.
Hope it gets better.
