Hello everyone I wanted to check in and let you know life does go on after stage IVb EC. John passed away one week ago today. He sure filled up this home. I have had many tears and lots of laughs too. My friends and family have surrounded me with lots of love and support.
John's memorial service will be on Sunday at 1:00 at the Edline-Yahn Covington Funeral chapel. You can go on their web site to read his obit. I know William has been so helpful and printed the obits for many of those that have passed.John's will be printed up in the Bismarck Tribune sunday.
My home is filling up with people. We will have a memorial service here and then I will take his ashes home to North Dakota July 1st to be buried at the Mandan Veterans cemetary with fill Honors. He will love that.
I am going to keep this short. Please keep me and my family in your prayers we need to get thru this weekend just like John did. He had such dignity, strength and never complained. He was such a wonderful man one to be admired. I miss him so much. Love Shirley

Thanks so much for giving
Thanks so much for giving the info. so that we could read John's obituary. Even though we don't know the people on here personally, we feel like we do. We spend time laughing, crying and praying with each person as they travel through this terrible journey.
The obituary gave me more insight into who John was and how he influnced each of your lives. He seems like a wonderful man--friend, husband and father.
I know there is an empty spot now, and my prayers are with each of you, Sandra
