High Enzyme Levels and Chemo

My alkaline phosphatase level is 228, and I am getting chemo, Taxol and Carboplatin.
Also my ALT is 50 and AST is 40. All these enzymes were fine last week, before I had a shoot of Neulasta.
My oncologist requested an ultrasound to make sure there are not gallbladder stones or anything else.
Can Neulasta be causing the raise of these enzymes? I know chemo does so, but I am concerned about ow high the Alkaline Phosphatase is. I am now in week 11 of 18 weeks of chemo treatment.
