Yes and so much of what I have read says that we shouldn't consume alcohol. It gets to be that one clinical study is not a meta analysis. It was on the news today that there is also antioxidents in the coffee bean and it helps prevent prostate cancer. I am going to start drinking coffee again in moderation. After all I am a good Norwegian/Dane...

I am so glad I don't have to give up my glass of dinner wine. Incidentally, my name is also Lori. My granddaughter named me Bots when she was a year old.
I've never tried to stop drinking coffee. They are finding too many good things about it.0 -

So my small glass of red wine with dinner may continue. of course, it was on the advise of the anti-cancer book that I started to drink it - so it must be right!

And cheers to you, Helen. I hope you have many years of having that glass of red wine with dinner. I sure plan to!
