Dealing with Neulasta shots

For anyone who has to get Neulasta shots while in chemo to keep up white blood counts, a trick to lessening the bone pain that might result from them is to take Claritin day before, day of and day after the shot. I read this on another site, tried it (I am in chemo for primary peritoneal carcinoma)and it worked! Thought I would pass on this tip.
