As expected the anxiety is building. Loretta and William just to clarify those are my feelings not grandpas. It is hard to tell emotion from him besides some fear and anxiety, but he has been good and we have not talked about the surgery or anything in a while. I had a couple of ?'s, I know u always speak of Shadyside but when I talked to the lady from housing a while ago she said University and one other facility was closer to where he would be. What do u think? Also, they said that he would be in intensive care for about 24 hrs. I have one day that I can take off work to spend the night and the other days I'll be driving back and forth, and I was wondering when would recommend the best time to be there. My plan is to head up after work on Monday around 2:30 and spend the night Monday night to be there all day Tuesday. the surgery is scheduled for 7:30. Thank you so much for everything!0 -
