lapatinib and MK 2206

Hi,
Has anyone had experience being treated with lapatinib and MK 2206? I started a clinical trial a few weeks ago with these drugs and have had such bad side effects I am probably
going to leave the study. Side effects include extreme fatigue and fevers that kept me in bed for four days last week, stomach pain, nauseau and loss of appetite resulting in rapid weight loss, and mouth sores.
The study people say the drug is well tolerated by most patients but that hasn't been my experience and I usually manage alright with chemos.
I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences.
Thanks.
