    Nice Post!
My mama taught me so much! But there are a few words I really appreciated:

    1. You are the owner of your secrets (meaning your personal life and what others tell you), and the slave of what you speak of.

    2. You never finish knowing someone.

    3. Don't trust anyone.

    4. Don't ever speak bad of your family as you'll be speaking of yourself.

    I miss her.

    Had to think
My mom leads by example so I'm not sure how much she verbalized advice but -

~ Treat others the way you want to be treated

~ Respect yourself, no one else will if you don't

~ You can do anything you put your mind to

~ If it's worth doing it's worth doing right

~ No one can make you feel bad if you don't let them, don't give them that kind of power over you
