Well guys today is Jorge's last day for radtaion and the 5fu pump is coming off wow 5 weeks gone already. so now we have ct. scan on May 16th and then on the 19th we meet surgeon to see if the tumors are smaller for her to go in and remove the tumors.so thanks for listening love you all >Tina

    Wanted you to know that I think of you and Jorge
    often and you are in my prayers. Try to do something special for Jorge and yourself when the last treatment allows you to. Positive thoughts!

    Yay he made it
    Hi Tina...I am so happy for you both! I remember those 5 weeks SO VERY well!!!....I am proud of him!..It actually got worse even after the radiation due to the burns so be prepared for more possible pain. I couldn't leave my house for 3 weeks (because I couldn't hardly sit or walk or lay or pee) I think this is when I started taking Vicodin which may have helped with the diarrhea some...Now on to a good scan girl!

    Wonderful News.....
    We all know how the end of radiation and 5fu feels....That is a victory in itself, now we want either smaller tumors or none at all. While we hope we might as well think completely gone......Yes, as Shanna says, have a celebration for this milestone you 2 have reached, every step reached in this journey is another victory....Love you both, buzz

    oh Gail Jorge has had on day of diarrhea in all of his 5weeks .and as for pain no pain at all.yes he would have to go for a nap in the day time .you i hear about all of this that everyone has had even the doctors has said you will get this or that and with jorge he has had nothing like what the doctors have said .im starting to think maybe it's not going to work.omg i need to stop thinking but aways hugs Tina

    Buzz all i can say is wow the 5weeks went so fast .gut i got to say i scare for the surgery . hugs

    Oh, it will feel so good for Jorge to get that pump off after 5 weeks of it! I go crazy with it on for just the 46 hours. Anyhow, time marches on and it's great that he's gotten to the end of his radiation and will be looking ahead at getting the tumors taken out!

    Ending radiation and chemo both is a great reason to celebrate - CONGRATULATIONS! And you have a little time to yourselves before the doctors will intrude on your YOU time! Have fun and celebrate! We are certainly are celebrating with you!
